Vendor Network Membership Terms

Applies to service providers and Florida property related businesses applying for administrator review or participating in the Florida Property Seekers Vendor Network.

1. Application and administrator review

The Vendor Network application is for administrator review only. Submitting an application does not create a charge, enroll the applicant in a paid membership, or guarantee acceptance. Payment instructions are sent only after Florida Property Seekers approves the business for participation.

Review may include licensing verification where applicable, review of the business website and online presence, relevance to Florida real estate or property needs, contact information, service area, business practices, Facebook identity, and compliance with directory and group standards.

Approval decisions are discretionary. Florida Property Seekers does not evaluate or guarantee quality of work, pricing, reviews, performance, customer satisfaction, or fitness for a specific job. Applicants and participating vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, claims, licensing, advertising, and representations.

2. Membership price and recurring billing

Approved applicants may enroll in the Vendor Network through the private payment page. The introductory payment is $9.95 for the first 14 days. After the introductory period, membership automatically renews at $29 every 30 days until canceled.

By completing the PayPal subscription, the member authorizes the introductory payment and recurring charges according to the payment schedule displayed at checkout. Taxes, if legally required, may be added or handled through the payment provider.

Florida Property Seekers may change pricing for future memberships. A pricing change does not automatically alter an existing PayPal subscription unless the member receives legally required notice and authorization or enrolls in a replacement subscription.

3. Membership activation and paid-through period

Membership benefits begin only after an approved application is matched to a verified completed PayPal payment. A PayPal subscription status by itself does not activate benefits without a verified completed payment.

The initial $9.95 payment provides a 14-day paid membership period. Each verified $29 renewal extends membership benefits by 30 days. Membership dates are maintained in the private Vendor Network tracker.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not shorten an already paid membership period. Unless participation is suspended or terminated for cause, paid benefits may remain active through the recorded paid-through date.

4. Membership benefits

While membership is current and the vendor remains in good standing, Vendor Network benefits may include:

  • An active web directory listing
  • Regular administrator controlled promotion
  • Eligibility to submit one approved promotional post daily
  • Priority Moderation for eligible submitted posts

Administrator controlled promotion may include directory placement, relevant article or resource inclusion, category features, administrator posts, rotating vendor spotlights, or other available promotional opportunities. Frequency, placement, timing, format, and selection remain under Florida Property Seekers administrator control and are not guaranteed.

Membership is not the purchase of automatic publication, unrestricted group access, guaranteed exposure, or exemption from group rules. Every benefit remains subject to current Vendor Network, directory, group, legal, and Meta requirements.

5. One approved promotional post daily

A current Vendor Network member may submit one promotional vendor post per calendar day using the Facebook identity approved for the membership. The post is published only when it satisfies current Vendor Network and group standards.

Unused daily posting opportunities do not accumulate, roll over, create additional future posting rights, or produce a refund or credit.

Posting eligibility is connected to the approved member and approved Facebook identity. Membership access may not be shared, transferred, rented, resold, or used to promote unrelated third parties without written administrator approval.

6. Priority Moderation

Every submitted vendor post remains subject to administrator review before it appears in the Florida Property Seekers Facebook group. A post that follows current Vendor Network guidelines, group rules, applicable law, and Meta policies may be approved and added promptly.

A post needing correction may be returned for revision. Off-topic, misleading, prohibited, incomplete, unsafe, repetitive, excessively promotional, or otherwise noncompliant content may be declined.

Priority Moderation means the submission receives prioritized administrator review. It does not guarantee immediate review, a specific publication time, approval of noncompliant content, reach, distribution, or continued availability on Facebook.

7. Cancellation

Members may cancel future recurring billing through their PayPal account or by contacting Florida Property Seekers at vendors@floridapropertyseekers.com. Cancellation should be requested before the next scheduled charge.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically create a refund and does not end the current paid membership period early.

A member is responsible for maintaining access to the PayPal account used for enrollment and for confirming that a requested cancellation has been completed.

8. Failed payments, suspension, expiration, and payment disputes

If a recurring payment fails, PayPal may retry the payment according to the subscription settings. No additional membership time is added unless a completed payment is verified.

A failed payment may be recorded while the existing paid-through period remains in effect. Membership benefits may be disabled when the paid-through date passes, when PayPal suspends or expires the subscription, or when administrator review reasonably requires suspension.

A refund, reversal, chargeback, disputed payment, suspected fraud, or unauthorized payment claim may cause immediate suspension of the directory listing, posting eligibility, Priority Moderation, and other membership benefits while the matter is reviewed.

9. Vendor conduct

Vendors may not use replies to posts made by other members for unsolicited promotion unless specifically permitted by an administrator. Membership does not create permission to mass reply, send unsolicited direct messages, scrape member information, evade moderation, or spam the group.

Florida Property Seekers may pause, limit, suspend, or terminate participation for guideline violations, misrepresentation, excessive reports, spam, low relevance, off-topic activity, prohibited content, account sharing, payment issues, legal concerns, or failure to comply with Vendor Network rules.

10. Fees and refunds

Membership fees support administrator review, private recordkeeping, directory management, Vendor Network administration, administrator controlled promotion, posting eligibility, and Priority Moderation.

Payments are nonrefundable after processing except where required by law or expressly approved by Florida Property Seekers. Cancellation, nonuse, missed posting opportunities, reduced Facebook visibility, or lack of business results does not create a refund, credit, or extension.

Removal, suspension, or termination caused by a vendor's rule violation, misrepresentation, prohibited activity, payment dispute, or misuse of membership does not create a refund or credit except where required by law.

11. No performance guarantees

Florida Property Seekers does not guarantee leads, referrals, clicks, impressions, inquiries, reach, engagement, bookings, revenue, ranking position, publication frequency, or any other business result.

Florida Property Seekers does not control Meta platform outages, distribution, algorithm changes, policy changes, restrictions, account limitations, group functionality, or enforcement decisions.

12. Directory accuracy and updates

Vendors must provide accurate and current business information. Florida Property Seekers may edit formatting, categories, service descriptions, links, labels, or placement to maintain consistency and usability.

Members should promptly report changes to business name, contact information, website, service area, licensing, ownership, approved Facebook identity, or eligibility.

13. Refusal, removal, or modification

Florida Property Seekers may refuse an application or remove, suspend, limit, or modify a directory listing or Vendor Network participation for relevance, compliance, accuracy, user experience, spam prevention, legal concerns, platform requirements, payment issues, operational needs, or other reasonable Vendor Network reasons.

14. Contact

Questions, cancellation requests, business information updates, or notices about the Vendor Network or these terms may be submitted through the website contact process or by emailing vendors@floridapropertyseekers.com.
