Florida Property Seekers Professional expertise is welcome. Here is how agents and vendors can participate.
Florida Property Discussions  ›  Agents & Vendors

Participating as an Agent or Vendor

Agents and vendors can bring a lot of useful experience to Florida Property Discussions. The goal is simple: share what you know, help the conversation, and keep regular discussions from turning into a stream of advertisements.

Quick version: Florida real estate agents may participate at no charge. Supporting agents can receive a verified Preferred Licensed Agent badge. Vendors must have an active Florida Property Seekers Vendor Network membership to participate in a professional or business capacity.

Florida Real Estate Agents

Licensed Florida real estate agents are welcome to participate in Discussions at no charge. Answer questions, start useful conversations, share market experience, and identify your professional perspective when it helps the discussion.

Preferred Licensed Agent

Agents who support Florida Property Seekers can have their Florida real estate license verified and receive the Preferred Licensed Agent badge with their Discussion posts. Supporting FPS is optional and is not required to participate.

  • Participate in Discussions for free.
  • Answer questions and share professional experience.
  • Start useful Florida real estate discussions.
  • Support FPS to receive license verification and the Preferred Licensed Agent badge.

Vendors & Service Providers

Vendors are welcome to read Discussions and use Florida Property Seekers personally like any other member. To post, reply, answer questions, or otherwise participate on behalf of a business or in a professional vendor capacity, an active Vendor Network membership is required.

Vendor Network Membership

$9.95 for the first 14 days, then $29 every 30 days until canceled.

Verified FPS Vendor

Approved members receive the Verified FPS Vendor badge and may participate professionally in Discussions while their Vendor Network membership remains active.

  • Answer questions within your area of expertise.
  • Start useful, educational discussions related to your services.
  • Participate as a verified professional while membership is active.
  • Use separate Vendor Network promotional benefits for qualifying advertising.

Helpful Expertise, Not a Sales Feed

Professional participation should add something useful to the conversation. It is fine to explain what you do or mention your professional experience when it is relevant. Repeated sales pitches, lead fishing, unrelated business links, and promotional posts disguised as discussions may be removed.

Good Participation

“I’m a Florida home inspector. On a home of that age, I would pay particular attention to the roof, electrical panel, and signs of previous water intrusion.”

Not What Discussions Are For

“Need a home inspection? Call my company today for a special rate.”

The Simple Standard

Agents: participation is free, with Preferred Licensed Agent verification available to supporting agents. Vendors: professional participation is a benefit of active Vendor Network membership. For everyone, useful conversation comes before promotion.
