Florida Property Discussions is meant to be a useful place to ask questions, share experience, and learn from other people interested in Florida real estate. Keep it helpful, relevant, and easy for the next person to follow.
Give People Enough Information
Use a clear title and include enough detail for members to understand your question or topic. Posts that are vague, misleading, or missing the information needed for a useful conversation may be removed.
Be Helpful and Respectful
Different opinions are welcome. Personal attacks, harassment, insults, intentionally disruptive behavior, or repeatedly turning discussions into arguments are not.
Professional Expertise Is Welcome. Advertising Is Not.
Agents, vendors, and other professionals are encouraged to answer questions and contribute useful information. Discussion replies should help the conversation rather than function as advertisements, repeated sales pitches, or lead-generation posts.
No Spam, Scams, or Misleading Posts
Do not post repetitive promotions, deceptive links, fake opportunities, suspicious offers, or content intended primarily to push members away from the discussion for an unrelated commercial purpose.
Protect Personal Information
Do not post private contact information, account information, financial details, or other sensitive information belonging to another person. Use good judgment with your own personal information as well.
Your Posts
Members may edit their own posts for 60 minutes after posting. Members may also delete their own replies during that same 60-minute period. The opening post of a discussion cannot be self-deleted. Locked discussions cannot be edited or deleted by members.
Moderation Keeps the Discussions Useful
Florida Property Seekers administrators may move discussions, lock conversations, remove replies, or remove entire discussions when necessary to keep the discussion area useful and on topic. Repeated abuse may result in restricted access.

Before posting, ask whether your contribution helps someone understand Florida property a little better. If it does, you are probably in the right place.
